Life Story for Marty Paul Aymond
Funeral services for Mr. Marty Paul Aymond will be held at 10:00 a.m. on
Friday, July 1, 2016 at New Prospect Baptist Church, Prospect, Louisiana with Reverends’ Morris Trey Lewis and Ken Evans officiating. Interment will be in Frazier Cemetery, Prospect, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.
Mr. Aymond, age 56, of Dry Prong, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Monday, June 27, 2016 at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Marty was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He owned and operated Aymond Cabinetry for several years. Marty attended New Prospect Baptist Church, loved to fish, hunt and watch the New Orleans Saints.
Marty is preceded in death by his parents, Marshall and Angela Aymond and two nephews, Ray Juneau and Jeremy Dauzat.
He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Janice Aymond of Dry Prong; two daughters, Casondra Aymond Evans (Joe) of Winnfield and Amie Aymond Jamison (John) of Bentley, Louisiana; one sister, Christine Aymond of Marksville; seven Grandchildren, Sadee Evans, Sophee Evans, Karris Jamison, Rylan Jamison, Siblee Evans, Sallee Evans, Bennett Evans and his favorite dog “Scooby”.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at New Prospect Baptist Church, (111 Prospect Church Road, Dry Prong, La.) from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Friday, July 1, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
In lieu of flowers, an account in Marty’s name has been set up at Capital One Bank in Tioga, Louisiana.
