Funeral services for Mr. Wade W. Johnson, Sr. will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 30, 2016 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Ball, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.

Mr. Johnson, age 55, of Boyce, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria, Louisiana.

Wade was a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. He was a truck driver for Red River/FedEx Ground. In his spare time he loved to spend time with his family. He loved hunting, fishing, and working on vehicles. He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his dad, Horace (H.C.) Blaney; in-laws, Elie, Jr. and Elaine Naquin; grandmother, Mildred Loveridge; brother-in-law, Larry White, Jr.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Schira Naquin Johnson; daughter, Melissa Reynolds (James); sons, Wade Johnson, Jr. (Rachael), Casey Johnson (Amber), Tracy Johnson (Krista); thirteen grandchildren, whom he adored; his mother, Essie Ann Roberts Johnson Blaney; dad; Bill Johnson (Colleen); brothers, Tracy Blaney (Christina), Ben Johnson (Julie), Colby Johnson (Rachelle); sister, Brenda Johnson (Dennis); brother-in-laws, Clay Naquin (Karrie) and Troy Naquin (Lisa); sister-in-law, Toni Naquin White; numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana, on Saturday, July 30, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
