Condolence: Humpy Strange road was our play ground. Mr. Willard and Mrs. Billie were always so nice to the kids playing in their yard. I can remember playing over at their house and Mr. Willard was coming home from work and Mrs Billie coming out the door to greet him with a smile. A Wonderful memory for me. Mr. Willard will be missed by the community and all that knew him. RIP.

Condolence From: James "Buddy" Guffey, Chief, WFD
Condolence: It's an honor to have known and become friends with Mr. Willie. As a Fire Chief myself, he told me lots of stories and ways he operated the Fire Department when he was Chief. If we would slow down and listen to some of the older generation, we can learn a lot, as I did with Mr. Willie. I have nothing but Respect and Admiration for Mr. Willie, he will be truly missed. God Speed my Brother, we'll take it from here.
May God Bless the family and peace be with you all.

Condolence: Some of my best childhood memories are of the times I spent with your family! Your mom and dad were always so loving and fun! One of the funniest memories is of your dad running into Janet's room one night when I was spending the night. I'm sure he thought an axe murderer had broken in because Janet was screaming like a banshee and I was laughing so hard I was crying! There was a huge tree roach on the ceiling and Janet is scared to death of them. Mr Willie burst through her door then saw what the issue was and said, "Dammit Nappy!" That's as upset as I ever saw him. Such a fun gentle man! I love you guys! Will keep y'all in my prayers!
