Benjamin H. "Benny"  Cain
Funeral services for Mr. Benjamin “Benny” Cain will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Northside Baptist Church, 330 Bienville Street, Montgomery, Louisiana with Reverend Doug James and Scott Tilton officiating. Burial will be in the Lemoine Family Cemetery, Colfax, La under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory, Ball, Louisiana.

Benny, age 65, of Colfax, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Mr. Cain was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Benny loved his family and would help anyone in need. He was an expert heavy equipment mechanic, heavy equipment operator and was self-employed as a tow truck owner for several years. Benny helped build the Lock and Dam in Colfax and was an active member of the Pollock and Colfax Masonic lodge‘s.

He is preceded in death by his parents, J.S. and Lavern Cain. Benny is survived by his wife of 43 years, Vickie Cain of Colfax; two daughters, Annie Cain (Cliff) of Dry Prong and Kira Cain of Colfax; two sons, Ben Cain, Jr. (Danielle) of Colfax and Derek Cain (Hope) of Colfax; two sisters, Henrietta Allan (Bruce) of Malad, Idaho and Lisa Alderman (Bo) of Verda; a brother, Jody Cain (Sue) of Black Lake and six grandchildren, Trinity Cain, Tristin Cain, Christian Cain, Brittany McGee, Jadyn McGee and Kayden Cain.

Friends may call at Northside Baptist Church, 330 Bienville Street, Montgomery, La. on Friday, November 3, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until service time.

Pall bearers honored to serve are Beau Fowler, Billy Mundy, Gavin Carlino, Tommy Knight, Byron Laborde and Cliff Brister. Honorary Pall bearers will be David Maxwell and Josh Daniels.
