Life Story for Jacob LaDelle Rollins

Funeral services for Jacob LaDelle Rollins will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 24, 2018 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home in Ball, Louisiana. Friends may visit starting at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 24, 2018, until time of service.

Jacob Rollins, age 22, of Tioga, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Saturday, March 17, 2018 in Marksville, Louisiana.

Jacob LaDelle Rollins was a loving son, brother, nephew, and grandson. He loved his family and friends and enjoyed spending time with them. Jacob also enjoyed being outside hunting and fishing. Once you met Jacob, you loved him. He had a unique personality and was very generous to those he loved. Jacob was also fearless and competitive, which helped him earn the spot of Captain of the ROTC Rifle Team at Pineville High School. Jacob was also known to be able to fix anything, especially cars. Jacob was taught to be respectful and he always stood up for the underdog. He will forever be missed by those that loved and knew him.

Jacob is preceded in death by his grandfather, Jerry Bass; grandmother, Deborah Deville; uncle, Jay Bass; and great-grandmother, Murline Rollins.

He is survived by his loving mother, Lisa Bass of Pineville; father, Damon Rollins; brothers, Kenneth Rollins (Natasha) of Pineville and Justin Rollins of Pineville; uncle, Dustin Bass (Amber) of Kolin; grandfather, Stacey Deville; grandparents, Charles and Wanda Edwards.
