Dillon Gaar "Red"  Wall
Memorial services for Mr. Dillon Gaar Wall will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Horseshoe Drive United Methodist Church, Fellowship Hall, 1600 Horseshoe Dr., Alexandria, LA 71301. Interment will be in Alexandria Memorial Gardens, Woodworth, LA, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory, Ball, Louisiana.

Mr. Wall, age 71, of Alexandria, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at his residence.

Dillon, also known to many as Red, was born December 29, 1946 in Jonesboro and spent his early years in Dodson. He was a 1965 graduate of Bolton High School. He was a veteran, and in his working years, a mechanic and trucker.

Throughout his life he enjoyed automobiles, playing music on his guitars, studying history as well as many religions He also loved creating art out of odds and ends and visiting with family and friends.

Mr. Wall is preceded in death by his parents, Albert Dillon and Camille Gaar Wall.

He is survived by four sisters, Ramona Hardgrave (Philip) of Alexandria, Janet Migues (Larry) of Pineville, Rhonda Seamon of Deville and Tracey Thiels of Pineville; six nieces and six nephews.
