Life Story for Sharon Kay Dauzat (LeDuc)

Funeral services for Mrs. Sharon Kay LeDuc Dauzat, will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 in the chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory Ball, Louisiana, with Reverend Norma Walker officiating. Friends may visit on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Gallagher Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at 4:00 p.m.

Mrs. Dauzat, age 67, entered eternal rest on Monday, May 14, 2018 at The Oaks Center in Pineville, Louisiana, surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Sharon Dauzat was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She always stayed as busy as she could and was very sociable. She enjoyed talking on the phone with all of her friends and was always checking on others. Mrs. Dauzat loved to shop whenever she could and also enjoyed bingo. She will forever be missed by those that loved and knew her.

Mrs. Dauzat is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Dauzat; and parents, Armand and Arlene LeDuc.

She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Duke) Taylor of Effie; grandchildren, Chase and Holli Taylor, and special little friend, Cameron Burns; special family friend, Doris “Dorothy” Taylor; sisters, Vickie (Jim) Booth of Houston, Pamela LeDuc of Sulphur and Shirley LeDuc of Sulphur; brothers, Alsid (Sharon Ann) LeDuc of Westlake and Mike (Bonnie) LeDuc of Bunkie.

The family would like to give special thanks to all the staff at The Oaks Center for their care and compassion over the last three years.
