Obituary for Jeanie Marie Bennett
Memorial services for Mrs. Jeanie McCann Bennett will be held on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, Bernice, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory, Ball, Louisiana.
Mrs. Bennett, age 67, of Libuse, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Monday, July 16, 2018 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Bennett was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who took joy in being with her family.
She is preceded in death by her infant daughter, Sonja DeKay Bennett.
She is survived by her loving husband, James Andrew Bennett of Libuse; two sons, Stephen Bennett, Sr. (Ronda) of Pineville and Thomas Bennett (Amanda) of Oden, AR; one daughter, Patricia Hayden of Chatsworth, GA; two brothers, Daniel and James McCann; two sisters, Evelyn Mowen (Charlie) of Pearl River and Sharla Moore of Sulphur; grandchildren, Stephen Bennett, Jr., Tyler Bennett, Jerry Bennett, Brooklynn Moreau, Josalynn Bennett, Isabella Bennett, Kaden Moreau, Emory Hayden and Brianna Hayden; great-grandchildren, Stephen Bennett, III, Sora Bennett and Samuel Bennett; numerous nieces and nephews.
