Mr. Terry Dwayne Carroll, age 56, entered eternal rest on Thursday, October 4, 2018, in San Antonio, Texas. Funeral services for Mr. Carroll will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 8, 2018 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana. Friends may visit on Monday, October 8, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Pollock, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory.

Mr. Carroll grew up in Pollock, Louisiana and graduated from Grant High School. He later moved to Texas where he worked for a commercial glass installation company. He was a very hard worker, avid LSU fan, and loved Texas Country music. Mr. Carroll had a sense of humor and enjoyed cutting up. He will forever be missed by those that loved and knew him.

He is preceded in death by his step-father, Robert Nugent; grandparents, Luther and Florence Phillips; grandfather, James Carroll, Sr. (Sue); and grandmother, Edith Quavis.

Mr. Terry Carroll is survived by his daughter, Natalie Doyle (Ben); son, James Joseph Carroll (Kathryn); mother, Nettie Nugent; father, James Carroll, Jr.; brothers, Bryan Carroll (Melissa) and Alan Jarrell; step-brothers, Jay Nugent (Kecia), Jeff Nugent, and Jody Nugent; grandchildren, James, Michael, and Dylan Lang, Rowan and Cole Carroll, and Cade, Karley, and Cooper; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers honored to serve are Alan Jarrell, Bryan Carroll, Matthew Jarrell, Tyler Scroggs, Kenneth Todd, and Roy Scroggs.
