Gene Johnny ""Grimps""  Vaughn
Funeral services for Mr. Gene J. Vaughn will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana with the Chaplain Ray Wells officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Ball, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.

Mr. Vaughn, age 60, of Alexandria, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on January 3, 2016 at his residence.

Mr. Vaughn was Owner/Operator of Gene’s Used Parts & Wrecker Service for over 33 years. He loved boating, spending time at the camp, watching the Saints and Harley Davidson Motorcycles. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Martha Vaughn; son, Elvis Gene Vaughn; one sister, Sherry Dauzart.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Sonya Brossett Vaughn; father, John V. Vaughn; three daughters, Crystal Vidrine (Daryl) of Woodworth, Jessica Bernard (Fiancé - Thomas Griffin) of Alexandria and Stacy Vaughn of Alexandria; one sister, Cheryl Bordelon (Larry) of Pineville; grandchildren, Jamie Smith, Justin Vidrine, Lana Vidrine, Mattison Bernard, Logan Bernard and Cori Malone; three great grandchildren, Jaylen Golemon, Cameron Golemon and Jocee Golemon.

Friends may call at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
