Patricia W.  Normand
Ms. Patricia “Pat” Normand, age 78, of Alexandria, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 in Pineville, Louisiana, surrounded by her loving family. A private interment will be held at a later date, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory, Ball, Louisiana.

Pat Normand was born in Alexandria, LA to the union of O.A and Aline Duke Whitten. She received loving care by her daughter, Laura Aline Jolly, son, Buffy Normand, grandson, James N. Jolly; special loving nieces Chris Sandifer, Lee Dorsett, Margret Sandifer, and nephew, Chuck Sandifer as well as special friends Judy Parker and Mary Lyn Lafargue.

Ms. Normand retired as a Rapides Parish Police Jury Court Reporter for Judge Tom Yeager after many years of service. She served on The Board of Bevelers, The Board of Quota Club, she was the President of Insurance Women, she was a member of Encouragers Bible Study at Calvary Baptist Church and she was also a Notary Public.

She is preceded in death by her precious son, James H. Normand; sister Sis “Ruth” Sandifer (Pete); twin sister Betty Dorsett; parents O.A and Aline Duke Whitten

She is survived by her loving daughter, Laura N. Jolly; loving son Buffy Normand; special grandsons, James N. Jolly and Lee P. Jolly; many caring nieces, nephews, and friends

Memorials can be made at Calvary Baptist Church in Alexandria or St. Jude’s Hospital.
