Obituary for Judy "Po" Vogel (Randolph)

Judy "Po" Vogel (Randolph)
Memorial services for Mrs. Judy “Po” Randolph Vogel will be held at St. Margaret Catholic Church, Boyce, Louisiana, on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 11am, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.

Judy Vogel, age 75, of Colfax, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital, Alexandria, Louisiana, surrounded by her loving family.

Judy was a 1964 graduate of Louisiana Tech. She began her working career as a Home Economist in Dade City, Florida, where she eventually met and married Tom. In the 50 plus years of marriage, Judy raised three daughters, helped build her and Tom’s dream of becoming their own farming business owners, and cultivated a home full of love and memories.

As Judy and Tom retired from the business world in 1997, she became a member of St. Margaret Catholic Church in Boyce, Louisiana, where she served as the church organist. She was a member of the Alexandria Rotary Club and co-owner of Plantation Pride in Alexandria, Louisiana. She was more than any one title, yet she was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Mildred Randolph; one brother, Baby Randolph.

She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Tom Vogel of Colfax; three daughters, Catherine Christian (Dean) of Pollock, Dallas Vogel of Colfax and Kelly Klampert (Joel) of Middletown, RI; one sister, Margaret Williams (Don) of New Roads; nine grandchildren, Victoria, Peyton, Olivia, Anna-Kate Christian, Lily Vogel-Miller, Tristan, Collin, Gavin and Morgan Klampert; many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to a cancer organization of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
