Robert "Bob"  Leggett
Funeral services for Mr. Robert “Bob” Leggett will be held on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana, with Reverend Rich Snow officiating. Interment will be in Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery, Gardner, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory, Ball, Louisiana.

Mr. Leggett, age 82, of Alexandria, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Sunday, June 15, 2018 at Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria, Louisiana, surrounded by his loving family.

Mr. Leggett retired from Pinecrest State School and Huey P. Long Hospital, Pineville, Louisiana after 30 years of service as a Radiology Technologist. He also worked for 17 years at Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria, Louisiana. He was a member of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church, where he served on the vestry. He enjoyed fishing and loved LSU football.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Marjorie Leggett; parents, James, Sr. and Bertha Kyzar Leggett.

He is survived by his step-son, Randy Hull (Tish) of Pineville; two step-daughters, Suzanne Douglas of Alexandria and Joy Williamson of Bossier City; one sister, Rae Creed of Houston; five grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren and four nephews.

Friends may visit on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
