Funeral services for Ms. Eula Aymond Mumphrey will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 9, 2018 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana with Reverend Braden Martin officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Ball, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory, Ball, Louisiana.

Ms. Mumphrey, age 89, of Pineville, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at the Lexington House, Alexandria, Louisiana, surrounded by her loving family.

Ms. Mumphrey retired from Montgomery Ward after many years of working in the Ladies Department. She enjoyed cooking at holidays with all her children and family. She loved egg pocking and of course she always won.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Eustis and Henrietta Aymond; two sisters, Tillie Palmer and Sybil Hunt; one grandson, Timothy Hunt.

She is survived by one son, Gregory Marler (Judy) of Alexandria; five daughters, Sandra Beaubouef of Dry Prong, Charlotte Hernandez (Gene) of Pineville, Cheryl Hunt of Conway, AR, Susan Jackson (Donny) of Morrow and Leslie Higgs (Larry) of Mt. Home, AR; one sister, Una Normand of Indiana Rocks, FL; fifteen grandchildren; twenty six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.

Friends may visit on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday, August 9, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
