Graveside services with full military honors for MSgt USAF Ret Billy Wayne Carr will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at the Central Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Leesville, Louisiana with Reverend Brandon Smith officiating.
Visitation for MSgt Carr will be on Thursday November 15, 2018 from 10 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.

MSgt USAF Ret Billy Wayne Carr, 70, of Hineston, LA entered eternal rest on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. Bill was born in Tupelo, MS and graduated from Humes High School in Memphis, TN. He served in the United States Air Force for twenty years and was a Vietnam veteran. He also retired from Lockheed Martin and was later employed in hotel management for many years.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Elzie and Geraldine Priddy Carr, and his brother, Robert Lee Carr.
He was a loving husband, devoted father, and compassionate grandfather that will be greatly missed.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Derelene “Dee” Carr of Hineston, LA; Son, Ryan Carr (Brittney) of Sieper, LA; step-daughter, Marguerite V. McNeely (Rodney) of Hineston, La; Grandchildren: Nicole McNeely-Lewis, Jacquelyn McNeely, Katy McNeely-Howell, Tony Lewis, and Travis Howell all of Hineston, LA; Great-grandchildren: Tanner Lewis, Hannah Lewis, and Lainey Howell
As well as a host of family and friends.
