Obituary for Jadie A. Tam
Funeral services for Mr. Jadie A. Tam will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 10, 2018 at Union Baptist Church, Deville, Louisiana with Reverends Leonard Free and Blaine Ussery officiating. Interment will be in Slay Cemetery, Holloway, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory, Ball, Louisiana.
Mr. Tam, age 78, of Deville, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.
Mr. Tam was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend to many. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and he loved Dale Earnhart #3. He worked for over 35 years for Tudor Construction and finished his career from Koetsier Construction. He was member of Union Baptist Church for many years and above all else, he loved his family.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Lenora LaCombe Tam of Deville; two sons, Robert Anthony “Tony” Tam (Rhonda) of Deville and Tracey Allen Tam (Kelly) of Pineville; one daughter, Tammy Susan Tam of Florida; five grandchildren April Anthony, Dustin Tam, Dalton Tam, Lakyn Tam and Ara Fett; three great-grandchildren, Daymein Anthony, Liani Anthony and A’Leigh Fett.
Friends may visit on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Union Baptist Church, Deville, Louisiana from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Monday, December 10, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
Pallbearers honored to serve will be, Dustin, Dalton, Curtis, Josh, Lane Tam
And Gage LaCombe; honorary pallbearers will be Wesley and Cory Tam.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holloway Methodist Church, c/o Lenora Tam, 222 Barney Rush Rd., Deville, LA 71328.
