Mrs. Thelma Louise Downing, age 83 of Pineville, entered eternal rest on Monday, December 31, 2018 at her residence in Pineville, surrounded by her loving family. Arrangements are entrusted to Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory, Ball, Louisiana.
Mrs. Downing is survived by two daughters, Genice G. Petty (Rshaun) and Keri L. Fullmer (Robert); one son, Steven Garner and four grandchilden, Alicia Thomas (Seth), Adam Davenport (Claire), Brandon Fullmer (Erin) and Aaron Fullmer (Holly) and a host of great-grandchildren and friends.
A memorial service celebrating Mrs. Downing life will be held at a later date.
