Wayne Staton was a civic minded person. Not only was he a staunch member of Woodland Presbyterian Church, Wayne was a long time active member of the Lions' Club. He held numerous officer positions and I believe he was a Past Governor for the Louisiana Lions' Club organization. He and Janice traveled to several International Lions' Club meetings in other countries representing Louisiana and the local club. Wayne and Janice were good neighbors to my family and he will be greatly missed.

To Catherine and the family. Wayne was a good and generous friend over the years I knew him. My best memory is helping him cook gumbo at First Presbyterian downtown on Wednesday night suppers. Prayers for all of you. Mark Hoffman Bonifay, FL markin32425@gmail.com
