Life Story for Regina Gannon Ellsworth

Mrs. Regina Gannon Ellsworth, age 80, of Dry Prong, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Friday, June 28, 2019 at her residence, surround by her loving family.

Services for Mrs. Ellsworth will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home in Ball, Louisiana. Friends may visit on Tuesday starting at 10:00 a.m. until time of service.

Mrs. Regina Ellsworth was a loving and faithful wife, mother, and grandmother. Mrs. Regina was a Registered Nurse and retired from the State of Louisiana as Assistant Director of Nursing. She enjoyed cooking, painting, playing piano, and crafts; and was a big help on Science Fair projects. Mrs. Ellsworth greatness joy in life was being surrounded by her family. She will forever be missed by those that loved and knew her.

Mrs. Ellsworth was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Ellsworth, Jr.; parents, Walter and Norma Gannon; and grandson, Michael Brandon Glaze.

She is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Shaito of Plano, Cathy Brown of Dry Prong, Karen Parent of Ponchatoula, and Krista Slack of Dry Prong; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation in Mrs. Regina’s name.
