Mr. Casto, age 88, of Ball, Louisiana, entered eternal rest on Monday, July 8, 2019 at Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria, Louisiana, surrounded by his loving family.

Mr. Casto was born in Buckhannon, WV. He made Cenla his home when he was transferred to England Air Force Base. Joe Casto and his family were neighbors of ours in Tioga for years. We always enjoyed the times together with them to visit, work on cars, sing, or just meeting at the grocery store or post office. Our prayers are with his family. We love them very much. Clyce and Ruth Lingenfelter and family
