Memorial services for Mr. Frank L. D'Aversa will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Wayside Baptist Church, 9619 Highway 165, Pollock, Louisiana with Reverend Kevin Simmons officating. Visitation for Mr. D'Aversa will begin at noon until 2:00 p.m. at Wayside Baptist Church.
Mr. Frank L. D'Aversa, Sr., age 76 of Ball, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at Tioga Manor Community Care Center surrounded by his loving family.
Mr. D'Aversa was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He served his country in the U.S. Army before retiring from the Postal Service after 25 years of service.
Mr. D'Aversa is survived by his wife of 55 years, Mrs. Sue D'Aversa of Ball; two daughters, Barbara Lynn D'Aversa of Ball and Judy D'Aversa Tarver (Chad) of Pollock; one son, Frank D'Aversa, Jr of Ball; five grandchildren, Lester M. Paul, Jr, Christopher Von Senden, Kristi Davis (Mitch) all of Pineville, James Bell, Jr. and Jordan Bell of Pollock; one great-granddaughter, Maci Davis and one brother, Ronald D'Aversa (Theresa) of Augusta, GA and a host of friends.
