Obituary for Wade P. Bordelon Jr.
Funeral services for Wade P. Bordelon will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at Gallagher Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. Burial with full military honors will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Ball, Louisiana.
Visitation for Mr. Bordelon will be on Monday, October 28, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Gallagher Funeral Home. Mr. Wade P. Bordelon, age 79 of Pineville, entered eternal rest on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria surrounded by his loving family.
Mr. Bordelon was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend. He courageously served his country in the United States Army retiring after over 24 years of service.
Mr. Bordelon was preceded in death by a son, Damon Bordelon. He is survived by two sons, Aaron Bordelon and wife Amy and Jason Bordelon and wife Christina; a brother, Francis Bordelon and wife Patsy, eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
