Funeral services for Mr. Charles Ray Litton will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2019 at Mars Hill Baptist Church, Atlanta, LA with Reverend Tony Dick and Craig McCain officiating. Interment will be in Mars Hills Baptist Church Cemetery, Atlanta, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana.
Mr. Litton, age 65, of Montgomery, LA, entered eternal rest on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at The Courtyard Hospice Facility in Natchitoches, Louisiana, surrounded by his loving family.
Mr. Litton, affectionaly called “Paw Paw” was a loving father, grandfather and friend. He loved his family and enjoyed cooking for family and friends. Mr. Litton, a member of Mars Hill Baptist Church in Atlanta, was a self-employed paperman and truck driver who loved “Westerns”. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.
Mr. Litton was preceded in death by his wife of 36 years, Dianne Litton; parents, Thomas and Mallie Ruth Litton, Sr.; one brother, Thomas Maurice Litton, Jr.; two sisters, Sherry Lewis and Wanda Slay.
He is survived by two daughters, Dr. Kimberly Litton-Roundy (Anthony) of Montgomery, LA and Connie Brown (Steve) of Converse, LA; one sister, Lillie Bullard (James) of Belmont, LA; two grandsons, Tyler Brown (Shayna) and Collin Brown; two granddaughters, Charlie Dianne Roundy and Rebekah Roundy.
Friends may visit on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at Mars Hill Baptist Church, Atlanta, LA from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. until time of service time on Thursday, December 12, 2019.
