Life Story for Jerry Dewayne "Dee Dee" Sandifer
Jerry "Dee Dee" Sandifer, 53 of Dry Prong, entered eternal rest on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. "Dee Dee", a log truck driver, loved the outdoors especially hunting, fishing and living off the land. He enjoyed playing guitar, singing and spending time with family.
"Dee Dee" was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Lee Sandifer.
He is survived by his fiance, Ann Flores; his mother, "Jeanie" Stroud; step-father Ray Stroud; one brother Lee "Alan" Sandifer; a sister Linda Nicole Bartlett (Daniel) and a host of friends who will miss him dearly.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at Gallagher Funeral Home in Ball, Louisiana with Rev. Lloyd Whitman officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Colfax under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory.
