Funeral services for Mr. Julius Glenn will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 in the Chapel of Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana with Reverend Keith Dickens officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Ball, Louisiana, under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home and Crematory, Ball, Louisiana.

Friends may visit on Monday, September 10, 2018 at Gallagher Funeral Home, Ball, Louisiana from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. until time of service.

Mr. Julius Glenn, age 83, of Pineville, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Friday, September 7, 2018 at Tioga Manor Nursing and Rehab center in Pineville, surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Glenn was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend. He served his country faithfully in the US Air Force and later was a carpenter by trade.

Mr. Glenn is preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Josie Glenn; three brothers, Frank Glenn, Ted Glenn and Carl “Buck” Glenn and two sisters, Betty Rodriguez and Earleen Glenn.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 42 years, Mrs. Betty Bordelon Glenn; two sons, Brian Glenn and John Strong, Jr. (Erika); one daughter, Sandy Rachel; three step-daughters, Patricia Malone, Debbie Hughes and Kim Walker; one brother, Herbert Glenn; one sister, Jewel McDoe; HIS BEST BUDDY, Trenton Strong and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers honored to serve are John Strong, Chase Taylor, Duke Taylor, Ray Bordelon, Tom Cain and Joshua Smith. Honorary pallbearers are Trenton Strong and remaining grandsons.
